Our Model

An operating architecture, not an appeal

ULFR is being designed as a group of specialised companies and operations supporting one common mission — conservation and rewilding carried by durable economic foundations, not by perpetual dependence on donations.

Planned

Built in stages. The architecture below is defined, not yet incorporated. Commercial activity comes first to create capital; each entity is activated only when the roadmap reaches the milestone that makes it necessary — no subsidiary exists merely to make the group appear larger.

Nine Entities — One Mission

A destination architecture

The mature structure is a nine-entity group — a destination architecture, not a requirement to incorporate all nine at launch. Each legal company is activated only when operations, liability, tax, investment or contractual needs justify separation. Select an entity in the diagram.

Identity runes are historically grounded Elder Futhark characters — an internal symbolic layer of the master identity. Public communication remains centred on science, wildlife, land stewardship, veterinary work and independent enterprise.

Entity Dossiers

Rune, mandate, activation

Nine entities, each with a defined mandate, its own accounts and responsibility — and a condition that must be met before it exists. No subsidiary exists merely to make the group appear larger.

Identity rune

Mannaz — mankind / human society

Historically grounded Elder Futhark character; the modern institutional interpretation is secondary.

Mandate

Mother company: governance, strategy, capital allocation, IP, international partnerships and group standards.

Activation condition

Formalised first — group governance, IP and capital control precede every operating entity.

Identity rune

Kenaz — torch / illumination

Historically grounded Elder Futhark character; the modern institutional interpretation is secondary.

Mandate

Research, telemetry, data systems, AI-assisted analysis, field science, publications and technology.

Activation condition

Activated when the core estate is secured and veterinary, ethical and legal approvals are in place.

Identity rune

Uruz — aurochs / strength

Historically grounded Elder Futhark character; the modern institutional interpretation is secondary.

Mandate

Specialist large-animal, exotic and wildlife hospital; complex referral medicine, quarantine, shelter and rehabilitation infrastructure.

Activation condition

Activated when wildlife intake, referral demand and liability justify dedicated biosecure infrastructure.

Identity rune

Berkano — birch / growth

Historically grounded Elder Futhark character; the modern institutional interpretation is secondary.

Mandate

Farm and domestic animal medicine, and future veterinary-benefit programmes connected to ULFR communities and partners.

Activation condition

Activated with demonstrated commercial veterinary demand across ULFR communities and partner programmes.

Identity rune

Othala — inherited estate / property

Historically grounded Elder Futhark character; the modern institutional interpretation is secondary.

Mandate

Land acquisition, estate stewardship, habitat restoration, ecological management and long-term landscape consolidation.

Activation condition

Activated for acquisition of the core estate — land ownership deliberately separated from high-liability operations.

Identity rune

Algiz — protective association; historical meaning treated cautiously

Historically grounded Elder Futhark character; the modern institutional interpretation is secondary.

Mandate

Professional ranger operations, monitored-animal protection, anti-poaching systems and field security.

Activation condition

Activated alongside the operational research programme, when monitored animals and research assets exist to protect.

Identity rune

Fehu — cattle / movable wealth

Historically grounded Elder Futhark character; the modern institutional interpretation is secondary.

Mandate

Merchandise, digital products, media, licensing and other commercial engines funding the mission.

Activation condition

The first activation among operating entities — capital precedes land, science and infrastructure.

Identity rune

Raidho — ride / journey

Historically grounded Elder Futhark character; the modern institutional interpretation is secondary.

Mandate

24/7 contracted animal and wildlife response, transport, rescue logistics and B2B/B2G services.

Activation condition

Activated where 24/7 contracted response is economically viable within a defined service radius.

Identity rune

Ehwaz — horse / human-animal partnership

Historically grounded Elder Futhark character; the modern institutional interpretation is secondary.

Mandate

Premium canine behaviour, training, rehabilitation and animal-hotel services.

Activation condition

Activated with demonstrated demand for premium canine behaviour, rehabilitation and hotel services.

Activation Sequence

Staged, gated, sequential

An indicative sequence, not a promise of dates. Every stage begins only when its milestone and capital gate are met — ambition does not substitute for unit economics.

  1. I.

    Foundation

    Defined

    ULFR International

Group governance, brand and IP, capital allocation and mission control are formalised first — the structure every later entity answers to.

  2. II.

    Capital

    Pre-launch

    ULFR Commerce

The first commercial capital engine: digital wallpapers, original merchandise, media and educational publishing — each product measured independently for margin and net contribution. The first wallpaper concept is prepared.

Gate — Proven net contribution from early commercial products

  3. III.

    Land

    Planned

    ULFR Land & Rewilding

Acquisition of the contiguous core research estate — provisionally around 1,500 hectares. Tribeč / Veľké Uherce–Horná Ves remains a candidate, not a predetermined location. Land ownership is deliberately separated from high-liability operations.

Gate — Capital threshold met + ecological evaluation complete

  4. IV.

    Science

    Planned

    ULFR Science & Telemetry

The wolf–raven programme begins only with the estate secured and veterinary, ethical and legal approvals in place. Hypotheses are tested, never presumed.

Gate — Veterinary, ethical and legal approval

  5. V.

    Care

    Planned

ULFR Wildlife Hospital · ULFR Veterinary Care

Specialist referral hospital with quarantine, shelter and rehabilitation — alongside farm and domestic animal medicine. Distinct disciplines, shared biosecure infrastructure.

Gate — Operational demand + liability justification

  6. VI.

    Protection

    Planned

    ULFR Wildlife Protection

Professional ranger operations protecting monitored animals, habitat, staff and research assets — lawful, evidence-led and proportional.

Gate — Operational research programme with monitored animals

  7. VII.

    Services

    Planned

ULFR Municipal & Animal Services · ULFR Canine Institute

Contracted 24/7 animal and wildlife response within an economically viable radius, and premium canine behaviour, rehabilitation and animal-hotel services.

Gate — Contracted demand within a viable service radius

Within Democratic Authority

Operational independence is not legal independence

Operational independence does not mean operating outside democratic or regulatory authority. Governments retain regulatory sovereignty over land, wildlife and public safety. Where individual activities require permits, licences or authorisations, ULFR obtains them through the competent authorities before implementation.

What ULFR seeks is operational competence, accountability, transparency and long-term responsibility within applicable law — agreed with authorities in advance, rather than negotiated after the fact. Institutional certainty is not a concession requested from the state; it is the precondition for responsible private investment in public goods.

Economic Durability

01

Not donation-dependent

ULFR is being designed so that conservation is supported by durable economic structures, rather than decided by the length of the next funding cycle.

02

Real economic activity

Planned commercial operations — including veterinary and animal-related services for agricultural communities and municipalities — employ personnel, purchase services and contribute through normal taxation.

03

Responsibility with cost

Wildlife conservation becomes considerably stronger when those advocating for it are also prepared to carry its practical and economic consequences.
